Meet Tristen.

I’m a strategic leader who has spent the last 15 years at the forefront of social media marketing. As the first wave of multi-disciplinary experts in the field, I cut my teeth early in content strategy, influencer marketing, community management, copywriting, content production, agile storytelling, social commerce, and paid media strategy/execution. I understand every facet of the social storytelling ecosystem and am a go-to for leading and managing cross-functional social teams.

I most recently served as the social strategy lead on the J.M. Smucker Power of One team, PSOne, ensuring that the team was constantly innovating and bringing new thinking across the 10 brands in the portfolio. During this time, I was the social strategy lead on Jif’s Cannes Lions, Effies, and Clio award-winning Lil’ Jif Project, the most impactful hashtag challenge in TikTok history. I also helped boldly reintroduce Folgers to a new generation of coffee drinkers with the brand’s campaign relaunch and award-winning TikTok commerce influencer program with GoPuff that led to the brand selling out in 3 markets. 

My interest in emerging technology led me to earn a certification through MIT for Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. I am a passionate advocate for and mentor of young women in the workplace, earning a Women in Leadership certification through Cornell University, and currently mentor numerous young women in my field.
