When I first started at Ketchum, I knew I had a lot to learn. I was so fortunate to have Tristen as my manager, not only because she is a smart, talented strategist, but also because she is constantly looking for learning opportunities for me. When working on client projects together, she always lets me take a first pass at the work, offering constructive feedback throughout the process. She challenges me by asking questions or poking holes in ways I hadn't thought of. While she pushes, Tristen also never fails to tell me when I've done a good job or that she's proud of me. Under her leadership, I've become a strong digital strategist and have been recognized and rewarded for my work.

I think mentorship comes naturally to Tristen -- she is a people person and goes above and beyond in helping me grow. Tristen keeps a list of my professional goals and encourages me to create action plans to achieve them. Whenever she stumbles upon a training, conference or networking event that she thinks would be interesting for me, she immediately passes it along.

I know this sounds cheesy, but it's true: Tristen is more than a manager, she is my friend. I never hesitate to come to her with any problems (or just to vent), and even if she doesn't have a solution, she always, always has my back.

Tristen is creative, curious, ambitious and a true go-getter. Whatever I didn't learn directly from her, I've learned by watching her manage new business and client presentations, lead brainstorms and fearlessly answer difficult questions. I credit Tristen for the confidence I now have in my professional life and can honestly say I wouldn't be here without her.

Tristen is like a Swiss Army knife for those who work in digital. While working with her, she was brought onto several accounts I supported, and no matter the challenge Tristen always had a tool to solve or improve upon something. She's that rare person who excels at client counsel, can push a team to improve their work and isn't afraid to push work when she knows it can be better.

During my time working with her at Ketchum, Tristen not only drove several accounts, but also worked to develop offerings in Voice and other areas and always looked to push the envelope and challenge not only her teams, but clients as well. On top of all of this, Tristen is just a good person who knows how to do good work and isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves. I feel lucky to have worked with her and know she'd be an asset anywhere!

I had the pleasure of working with Tristen when she was starting out her career and was always impressed by her willingness to take on any task as well as the caliber by which she executed them.

She is a creative thinker who blends strategy and industry best practices to deliver optimally for her clients. Tristen would be an amazing addition to any team!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Tristen for the last 4 years at Ketchum on a number of accounts including 3M and Group SEB, as well as on our award-winning work on the Prescribed to Death campaign for The National Safety Council.

I don’t know if I’ve ever worked with anyone quite like Tristen Sechi. She’s a strong leader and counsellor to her clients, who knows what she wants out of her people and what will work for her brands, but she’s also a culture maker and the person you most want to hang out with when the workday is over. She’s a brilliant digital strategist who puts in the time studying to be ahead of the ever-changing curve of our industry, while also trusting her natural creative instincts to develop insights that connect on a human level.

I have grown so much professionally and personally working with Tristen and truly believe that the next organization that gets to work with her will feel as lucky as I do to have been a part of her journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Tristen at Ketchum. We bonded over the MIT course “AI: Implications for Business Strategy”. We would always discuss the future of technology in society and how this will drive brands to engage consumers through the 20's. Tristen has a unique combination of understanding exactly what the client needs, and how those needs strategically tie to the broader organizational direction. Tristen is a trusted partner, smart, has a compelling vision, easy to work with, and provides value, not just deliverables, which is always very well-received by clients

Tristen and I worked on the Tide Always-On team while at Saatchi & Saatchi NY.  As a strategist, Tristen brings a fantastic ability to gain insights and creativity in understanding and applying social trends, a formidable skill when working on content for a worldwide brand's social channels.  She's an agile thinker who can quickly pivot, learn new skills, and apply them.

Her unique personality is a delight to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed developing creative ideas with her.  She's extremely collaborative and always has a great attitude. Her unique skill-set is one that I welcome with any teammate.  I highly recommend Tristen as she's not only a competent strategist and creative thinker but brings a sense of fun and joy with everything she does.

I look forward to a day we can work together again.

When I first met Tristen, it was virtual and I was immediately drawn in to her enthusiasm, willingness to be an active learner and dive-in approach to emerging and unfamiliar topics.

We have had the opportunity to partner numerous times in the creative space in new business - and this is really where she thrives - pushing her mind to the realm of the imaginary, yet remaining strategic and exciting. Tristen is a force for good, a hard worker, and a leader. I would put her on my Dream Team any day and win Gold.

Tristen is a very methodical strategist who takes great pride in developing break-through campaigns and activations. On more than one occasion, Tristen’s response to a brief was truly unique, out of the box and ensured that we would not only achieve our objectives, but do so in a way that no others had previously done. It’s this cutting-edge thinking married with a deep understanding of cultural, digital and human insights that ensures Tristen delivers time and time again.

Tristen helped to keep our team and our organization on the forefront of the digital landscape, a true pioneer who explores the latest trends quickly and is able to assess their viability for clients and new business. While some were trying to figure out the new platform or technology, Tristen was one step ahead, pulling together plans and pilot tests for our clients. This skillset helped to secure additional and incremental revenue. Tristen lead her team through ups and downs and ensured that everyone was motivated, connected and communicating not only within local offices, but worked to connect the teams on a global scale.

Tristen is a consummate leader, manager and mentor who knows how to get the best out of her team and her resources. Tristen is able to build rapport with clients quickly and has acted as a strategic counsellor for many of the world’s top known brands.

Tristen is one of my favorite people I've ever worked with. She's savvy, sharp and a stand-out creative. Above all else, Tristen brings a sense of fun to work -- I always looked forward to projects (and sought them out) when I knew Tristen was at the helm. Clients trust her counsel unfalteringly, and her teams follow suit. Tristen is a great leader who encourages her clients and colleagues to reexamine their strategies through a new lens, often giving way to fresh perspectives and actionable insights that one can't access through the status quo. Any team would be lucky to have Tristen on board!
